Falk Family Total Health has been serving the Conway and surrounding areas since 1999. Our office is your Integrative Medicine one-stop for a variety of specialty services. We utilize expert Chiropractic Care; after a thorough exam (and review of imaging if necessary) our physicians, Dr. Daniel Falk and Dr. Robert Stinson, who use more than a dozen different techniques, will choose the best course of treatment for you. We have decades of experience in treating headaches/dizziness, neck pain, shoulder issues, elbow and wrist problems, mid back and lower back pain, hip discomfort, knee pain as well as ankle/foot problems. Chiropractic is especially suited to treat disc problems, muscular issues, arthritis, sciatica and other neuropathies.
Therapeutic Massage uses a variety of modalities including deep tissue massage to help break up scar tissue and restore muscle function, prenatal and post-partum massage, hand and foot reflexology, therapeutic stretching and so much more. This specific muscle work is designed to your personal need to help you reach your wellness goals.
Our Nurse Practitioner has a Holistic Health approach, reaching for natural treatments such as vitamin injections or infusions and other functional medicine modalities before prescribing. We use Biologic Cellular therapy, PRP and Ozone treatments for chronic knee, shoulder, foot, arm and other joint pain. Natural trigger point injections (similar to dry needling but with a natural anti-inflammatory) help reduce musculoskeletal pain syndromes better than drugs. Expert natural joint injections help joint pain and arthritis utilizing a natural anti-inflammatory, PRP, Ozone or Hyaluronic Gel with guided ultrasound to ensure exact placement.
Other therapies in our office include decompression for herniated discs, neck traction, electric stimulation, intersegmental traction, cryotherapy and injury rehab.
